1. What We Collect

At the current pre-launch stage, we collect:

  • Email address — provided when you sign up for early access.
  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Stripe customer ID — to link your payment to your account.

After launch, we may additionally collect selfie images (for skin analysis) and meal descriptions (for food tracking). These will be detailed in an updated version of this policy before launch.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To process your early access payment and grant launch access.
  • To send you updates about the launch (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • After launch: to provide skin analysis, food correlation insights, and product recommendations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

  • Stripe — for payment processing.
  • Supabase — for secure database hosting (EU-hosted).
  • Vercel — for application hosting.
  • Legal obligations — if required by law or court order.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security enabled. All connections use TLS encryption. We follow industry-standard security practices.

5. Image Processing (Post-Launch)

When the product launches, selfie images will be sent to an AI API for analysis and will not be stored permanently unless you explicitly opt in for progress tracking. You can delete stored images at any time.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
  • Deletion — request complete deletion of your data.
  • Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing of your data.
  • Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing.

7. Cookies

We currently use only essential cookies required for the Service to function. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
