Early Access Payment

Your $4.99 early access payment is a one-time, non-recurring charge. It is not a subscription and you will not be billed again unless you separately choose to subscribe after launch.

Launch Guarantee

If Skin Scan does not launch within 12 months of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund minus third-party transaction fees.

Transaction Fees

Stripe charges a non-refundable processing fee of approximately $0.44 per transaction (2.9% + $0.30). This fee is deducted by Stripe at the time of payment and cannot be recovered. Your refund amount would be approximately $4.55.

Voluntary Refunds

If you change your mind before launch, you may request a refund at any time. The same transaction fee deduction applies. We believe in fairness — if you're not happy, we don't want your money.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@skinscan.beauty with the email address you used to purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.

Post-Launch Subscriptions

After launch, Premium subscription refunds will be handled separately and will follow standard pro-rata refund practices. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
