By accessing or using Skin Scan (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Skin Scan is an AI-powered skin analysis tool that provides informational insights about skin health, food-skin correlations, and product recommendations. The Service is currently in pre-launch phase. Early access purchasers receive priority access at launch and one free month of Premium.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. Early Access Purchase
The $4.99 early access fee is a one-time, non-recurring payment. It grants you: (a) a guaranteed spot at our public launch, and (b) one free month of Premium features. This is not a subscription and you will not be charged again unless you separately subscribe to Premium after launch.
5. Pre-Launch Product
Skin Scan is a pre-launch product. Features, pricing, and availability may change before and after release. We make no guarantee regarding specific launch dates or feature sets.
6. Not Medical Advice
The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All AI-generated skin analyses are for informational purposes only. See our Medical Disclaimer for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology of Skin Scan are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid ($4.99). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the EU member state where the operator is established.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
